Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Vocalyn Ltd, we understand that plans may change. Clients may cancel booked services by providing a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within this time frame will be eligible for a full refund for any services not yet rendered.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days and returned via the original method of payment. Please note that:
No refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed or partially completed.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not qualify for a refund.
Custom digital services or project-based work may carry separate cancellation conditions, as outlined in the service agreement.
